My sessions are fully tailored to your needs and can include any, or all, of the following:

v Yoga and body-based practices – mindful flow; building physical strength; restorative yoga for deep relaxation; yin yoga for unwinding and resetting the energetic body and replenishing soft tissue/fascia.

v Mindfulness and breathwork to cultivate more energy, release stress stored in the body, change neurological patterns and increase stamina and resilience, boosting productivity.

v Tools for nervous system regulation and emotional well-being; teachings around the nervous system, stress and the energy body; embodied movement practices; dance and energy practices; understanding how to live well in an increasingly high tech, fast paced world.

I am passionate about embracing life in all its complexities – how to feel better, cultivate energy, navigate challenge, understand yourself more fully and so live a more energised, heart centred and authentic life.

Re-defining womanhood; a new era

‘Re-defining womanhood for a new age’: holistic wellbeing sessions for women (groups and one to ones)

Are you calling for more?  In this rapidly changing, fast paced, high-tech world dominated by being busy, trying to control, manage and juggle everything, being a woman can be highly stressful physically, mentally and emotionally. Having generally been conditioned for centuries in the Western world to uphold the collective norm and be ‘good girls’, we have suppressed our emotional power, creating a sense of disconnection, which we often only start to see when there is some space or things fall apart.

These old patterns are no longer serving us individually or society as a whole and a new era is dawning; people in female bodies are waking up to their truth and wanting to find balance, purpose and pleasure in their lives, tuning into the power and wisdom that is deeply rooted in their bodies.

 

My work can help you with the following:

·       helping you to understand and then come back into balance with cycles (your own menstrual cycle, the wider cycles of life, women’s initiatory cycles)

·       connecting to the wisdom of the body (through embodiment and deep listening practices, womb and pelvic bowl work)

·       learning how to honour and nurture your body (using embodied movement practices, nervous system and energy regulation tools, creating more pleasure in day-to-day existence)

·       working with emotion and creating more authenticity and authority (through emotional release work, working with self-trust and the capacity to honour the messages of the body, learning how to give the emotional body space and validation)

·       understanding the psychological ‘upgrades’ that are at play during challenging phases of life and times of great change (seeing the role of hormones as messengers, learning what ‘initiation’ means and so helping you to find your internal voice and power)

·       tapping into the power and healing of community and ‘sisterhood’ (learning to be vulnerable and beginning to see the strength in this skill; seeking support from others)

 

Sessions will be tailored to your specific needs.

Packages available: One-off workshops: between 2 and 4 hours; 4 or 6 week long courses (each session 1 hour/1 hour 30 minutes).
