My sessions are fully tailored to your needs and can include any, or all, of the following:

Yoga and body-based practices – mindful flow; restorative yoga for deep relaxation; yin yoga for unwinding and resetting the energetic body and replenishing soft tissue/fascia.

Mindfulness and breathwork to cultivate more energy, release stress stored in the body, change neurological patterns and increase stamina and resilience, boosting productivity.

Tools for nervous system regulation and emotional well-being; teachings around the nervous system, stress and the energy body; embodied movement practices; understanding how to live well in an increasingly high tech, fast paced world.

I am passionate about embracing life in all its complexities – how to feel better, cultivate energy, navigate challenge, understand yourself more fully and so live a more energised, heart centred and authentic life.

Private Tutoring: English and English Literature

One-to-one tutoring tailored to each student, supporting confidence, understanding, and progress in English and English Literature.

Sessions focus on reading and writing, as well as analysis and exam preparation where relevant. I take a calm, supportive, and holistic approach, supporting not only subject knowledge but also confidence, focus, and how students feel about learning.

Pricing:

  • Primary (ages 9–11): £45 per session

  • Secondary / GCSE: £45–£55 per session

  • A-Level: £55–£60 per session

  • Small groups - rates available on request
