About Caroline

I’m a private English and English Literature tutor, as well as a mindfulness and embodiment teacher. I’ve always loved English and the process of learning, and I care deeply about teaching in a way that brings clarity, energy, enjoyment and genuine connection.

I’ve worked in high-achieving London schools for over a decade and taught hundreds of students, supporting them to build confidence, think independently, and achieve strong academic results.

I’ve always been interested in learning on a deeper, more human level. Alongside my work in education, I’ve trained in and taught yoga, mindfulness, and psychology, exploring how we can feel more present, resilient, and connected in our lives.

Becoming a parent has been a powerful part of that journey, teaching me patience, perspective, and the importance of slowing down.

This shapes the way I teach today — helping students not only improve academically, but feel more confident, calm, and capable in how they approach their work.  And, in both academics and mindfulness & body-based practices, I feel learning should feel good too!
